The Member of Parliament for Afigya Kwabre North, Collins Adomako-Mensah, has thrown his support behind Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, widely known as COKA, describing him as the most suitable candidate to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region.
According to the legislator, the party needs a leader capable of restoring unity, rebuilding confidence and positioning the NPP for success in future elections.
Speaking during COKA’s campaign tour, Mr Adomako-Mensah said the Ashanti Region requires an experienced and visionary regional chairman who can unite party members and provide strong leadership during a crucial period.
He noted that the NPP’s ability to regain its strength depends largely on electing leaders who can foster togetherness and rally supporters behind a common objective.
“At this critical point in the party, COKA is the right person to lead the party as the regional chairperson,” he stated.
He further praised Odeneho Kwaku Appiah’s leadership credentials, saying his experience and commitment to the party make him the ideal candidate to guide the NPP through its rebuilding process.
“Chairman Odeneho has the qualities of a good leader which will help rescue the party at this important stage,” he added.
The Afigya Kwabre North MP expressed confidence that COKA’s track record and leadership experience would help reposition the party in the Ashanti Region and strengthen its electoral fortunes.
Odeneho Kwaku Appiah is seeking election as the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP as the party gears up for its upcoming internal elections.
